What I don't like about the brand is the consistency of the taste of food in other branches. Also, they should introduce new items in their menu so loyal customers will be encouraged to visit often.

Compared to the OB in South Africa, the one in UAE is definitely 💯% better.. the food and service is great, great atmosphere.

More seating capacity. They tend to be very busy, especially on weekends when people have time to go out. Additional seating could really make more guests want to dine in here.

Improve on staff attitude as some waiters are not friendly and approachable. Food was excellent but Dining experience was just fine because of the server.

Before the introduction of this restaurant here in UAE, i knew it from my travels to U.S., in fact it is the first restaurant i tried at my first travel to U.S. The unique thing about Olive Garden in U.S. is the salad, it's so delicious, whenever i put my feet in the U.S. i go straight to Olive Garden for the salad. I was existed when the restaurant opened its branch here in UAE, and i was among the first group of people to try it out, but i was disappointed because the salad dose not taste the same. I tried it many times over extended periods thinking that it might change, but no, it is the same disappointment with the salad, other than that, the restaurant is pretty good and a recommended dinning place. Just hope they fix the salad issue to make someone like me go there more frequently.

iHop gone from a physical store to just online store here in Dubai, which eliminates the in-store experience. However; the online ordering and food taste is very good experience, not excellent, but can be rated good to very good due to the lack of the physical store. The food tastes good as mentioned, the portion of the meal is very good, a true American style portion. The coffee tastes great, a real Americano, enjoyable, but the size is very small, i did not expect that, maybe i should state in the future orders that i want a larger size coffee. All in all experience is very good, recommended for breakfast only, or for people who likes all day breakfast food, and hope the physical store opens again.

We have been visiting this outlet over the years and regretfully, while the prices have been increased the service, portions and overall experience has lowered. It was a regular bi-monthly visit for us which has now gone down to once every 2-3 months. This outlet should also reconsider the relatively high beverage prices

One of the best places to have traditional UAE lunch style of white rice & (anything comes with it). The rice taste so good, and I do recommend the Gheymeh broth with the rice, it’s so delicious. Nice atmosphere when dinning-in, good service, sometimes slow but not to the extent to the frustration level 😂, highly recommended place

Food prices are over priced. Want to have good arabic food within a budget of Aed 50, not possible. A quick bite also not possible.

pzl give toooooo much emphasis on delivery of food ,price too high and the variety of noodles and vegetarian dishes ...once it was my anniversary I took my family there but did not enjoy the food at all al the vegetarian stuff is very disgusting .not at all satisfied man after paying so much , again we had to go to another restaurant as we were hungry not up to mark,,, .
