The restaurant has a great ambience and welcoming staffs. Their chicken items are really delicious. Love the variety of menu items.

Not friendly staff in JBR not like in Shk Zayed Rd, DUBAI Mall & The Greens. I love Wagamama but will not eat again in JBR very unprofessional staff in JBR. The 3 wagamama branches are the best especially their staff. Very accommodating and professional. I love all the food in Wagamama.
