I have to pay for the doctor and the lab before you enter & in case you didnt need go to the lab you have to visit again to collect your money 🥴. I don’t recommend their doctors as well if you are pregnant.

When i visited the hospital my hubby was suffering from cancer and then when i had visited a dr there it was a bad experience first of all the doctors english is so high he cant understand our problems. Teir fees also like (oof )america .Then the staff we are waiting no customers but thn too waiting time so much. Did not go again ever .

I do childbirth in this hospital few days back, they are understaff, i waited long time in delivery bed to be able to transfer to room. During delivery they keep asking payment for my husband 😁 they cant wait before we are checking out. follow up check up, receptionist on 6th floor is very unprofessional and lazy.

I highly recommend Dr. Raoya Farrah and her assistant of OB-Gyn Department in Khalifa St Branch. Both have so much compassion and patience towards their patients. One of the best attitudes a doctor and secretary can offer to a hormonal/emotional preggy peeps like me 😄😄😄

Did my surgery there and it was all very good, the nurses and doctors are very pleasant and always will help you out. However i think they must do something about the parking issues down stairs and I would recommend doctor or a nurse to call patience after sometime to check up on them not just for us to wait for our next appoitnment...

nmc is close to my house and I've never been disappointed by the docs and staff there. Their website has detailed information of the doctors working there and booking appointments are easier. However their pharmacy section has the slowest service with waiting time more than 45mins, which has to be improved.

For the past 1 month on and off, I visited Aster Clinic, and I don't have any complaints. As staffs are competent and very helpful. I was nauseous after taking antibiotics and I requested a call back from the doctor. The nurse called me back and connected me with the doctor. The doctor was very helpful and prescribed another medicine. Also, they sent prescriptions through the mail.

In my 12 years in UAE, Aster is the main hospital I prefer to go. I like their doctors, facilities and staff although sometimes because of too much people are going to Aster, the waiting time is longer but still I prefer Aster.

There is no respect or importance of customers.this is solely a money making business not a hospital.i was lied to by the doctor for my treatment duration just so that I wouldn't go else where. I had travel obligations and mentioned that to the doctor before the treatment started as he said the treatment wouldn't take that long.but as the initial NON REFUNDABLE payment was over 4000 dhs. He made sure I was as customer he didn't lose. When time came for me to travel he decided to avoid my calls .not take my appointments and the customer care head of complaints did the exact same thing even though I personally went twice to complain and made several calls. I was left physically in pain. Without treatment after 2 months of treatment as he didn't wish to continue it with me. The WORST DOCTORS ,THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND DEFINATELY THE WORST HOSPITAL TO CONSIDER.its much better to throw that money in a bin rather than giving it to a firm which abuses you when you are in pain.

The only issue I faced with them is that they are taking too much time getting the approval from the insurance company. I understand that it might be because of the of the insurance company but still, if you are not feeling well and you want to rest or take the medicine prescribe you still need to wait to get the approval before you can go. I hope they can do something about it.
