. they are overbooked at the peak times so we wait to find an empty spot. they are under staffed . the membership is high for the service they provide

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area, restaurant and bar decor very attractive. Good variety of lovely food, staff on hand to advise. Rooms very clean.

I used to like going here for the small but good food selection. They've recently increased the quantity but quality has suffered. With current prices, it's no longer a good choice for me.

superb resort with lots of facilities to cater your needs from cafe's with good food, relaxing spa, studio, therapeutic pool,etc. continue meeting customer's standards and continue the good service your providing to your customer.

Before it was a better place, i do not know why they do not want to expand into different sport types classes and make new things. Management plays a role.

المكان ممتاز جدا ويتم الاهتمام بالنظافة بشكل جيد ويتوفر خدمة المساج بشكل محترف ولكن يجب تحسين اسعار الاشتراكات

شراء اجهزة بناء عظلات جديده والتخلص من القديمه. نقل جهاز الفيتنس من الدور الثالث الى مكان اخر لانه يحتل مساحة كبيرة يمكن استغلالها و يجب معاملة المشترك القديم أقل شيء بنفس مزايا المشترك الجديد و ذلك للمحافظة على ولاء المشتركين او بتقديم عروض افضل للمشترك القديم.
