When the shop was in shuwaikh, the furniture was better and all the home appliances . I visit the new location in Dajjeg i did not like any thing . I stop going.

Nice designs, good prices with promos. Would be helpful to be able to filter within a product category on website. Bedsheets by thread count or color etc. Delivery can be faster.

Prices for smaller items (plates, throws, pillows) aren't outrageous (and look good). But prices for furniture when not on sale are, and judging from friends who've bought furniture in the past, the quality over time is a bit iffy.

I admit to being addicted to muji for knickknacks and home basics. good quality and I appreciate that they seem to have lowered prices recently...(so it seems to me)

I love all the products that they house. If you need anything relating to organising, MUJI is the place to be. They have the tiniest of tiniest things that will make you want to buy it. Love the fact that they also have clothing and home fragrances too. Keep it up MUJI.

This past weekend I visited PB Kids and was surprised to see a total mess. Products were strewn around the showroom in a disorganized manner, staff were not available to assist, and parts of the showroom were simply dirty. They may have been re-organizing, but as a customer I should not see that.

Showroom was a mess! None of the products available on US website were available in Kuwait's showroom. Nothing like Potterbarn US. So disappointing.

Develop a comprehensive online ordering experience that INCLUDES the kitchen products. It is ridiculous that the only thing that can be ordered online is the furniture from the Home portion of the brand.

دايما لما أوصل ماكو واحد من الموظفين يتابعني اذا ابي شي او احتاج شي ويلوعون الجبد على مايخلصون المعاملة او تلقى واحد تساله بس حبيت اثاثهم وايد اقرب شي حق ذوقي ناعم وبسيط مافي تعقيدات بس استثقل روحته من الستاف ماله وموقعه

البضاعه جميله فعلا بس الاسعار مبالغ فيها نوعا ما في اشياء تسوى واشياء ثانيه غاليه مادري ليش والموظفين اللهم ياكافي بصراحة وايد اتردد قبل ماازورهم عشان مااتنرفز من موظفينهم
