. they are overbooked at the peak times so we wait to find an empty spot. they are under staffed . the membership is high for the service they provide

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area, restaurant and bar decor very attractive. Good variety of lovely food, staff on hand to advise. Rooms very clean.

I used to like going here for the small but good food selection. They've recently increased the quantity but quality has suffered. With current prices, it's no longer a good choice for me.
