Talabat
Talabat Mart is a mess. Expect to receive half your order with every other order. Then spend the next 10 minutes on a bot chat and taking pictures, then another hour or four waiting for the rest of the order.
Ooredoo

The staff re very accommodating and facilitating. Thanks to the surgical team at the 5th floor and to Dr. Yasir and Dr. Wasme for taking great care of our son.

Their procedures are sooooo slow. A million signatures sometimes needed depending on the transaction when it can be simpler. The app is also so unintuitive

Exeed
Poor communication with the customer (nearly every service) and issues with a recurrent problem that took way too many visits to fix. Love the car, but not very satisfied with the service quality.
