It had been a long time since I shopped at Jashanmal, but it was truly an excellent experience. However, the new parking building is still not open (although I was told it is expected to open soon), so finding parking may be challenging during some times -- thankfully, I did not face a problem the two times I visited recently.It was such a refreshing change from the experience at all the mega malls. The staff were all incredibly professional, respectful, and genuine -- this is exceedingly rare in all retail these days. The selection of products was quite varied and, with the help of the friendly staff, I found exactly what I needed and a few things I did not even expect to find there. Highly recommended.

يوجد ميزة في تتبع مشكلة العميل وسرعة حلها وإيجاد حلول سريعة وايصالك بمكالمات مع فنيين خبرة في التعامل ويشكرون على هذا / أسعار منتجاتهم غالية جدا مقارنة بالشركات الأخرى ولكن جودة المنتج عالية جدا وجودة الخدمة أروع / أفرعهم قليلة جدا و غير منتشرين بشكل جيد

Haven't visited Virgin since they had a store in Marina Mall ages ago but googling a product just now reminded me they had reopened. But clicking the search result sent me to their homepage, not the product listed in google's results, and searching Virgin's website showed nothing close to what they listed on google. This might not be 100% Virgin's fault but there's a decent likelihood it was and makes me doubt any trust with Virgin.
