Bought and paid for item online. Delivery was not made and after almost a week I received an email asking me to rate a delivery I didn’t receive. After calling them, they said they would get back to me about the issue but they didn’t. Called again another day and they said the item is only available in the store and I can pick it up there then they will refund my money. Tried calling the manager multiple times on different extensions with hopes to resolve the issue but they never answered. No one called me back either. Pretty disappointing.

التطبيق بيعلق دائما وبيعطيك قطع غلط لما تعمل search. بعض العروض غير متوفرة على الاونلاين. عملية البيع والتسليم تتم بسهولة بفرع الجهراء ولكنها طويلة ومعقدة بفرع حولي بحيث تنتقل من طابق الى طابق للدفع والاستلام

I do over half all my shopping online, so it helps when a website has good search, product descriptions and is well organized. Eureka's website needs work on all these areas. That said, their prices seem reasonable but 2kd delivery fee is a lot.

It had been a long time since I shopped at Jashanmal, but it was truly an excellent experience. However, the new parking building is still not open (although I was told it is expected to open soon), so finding parking may be challenging during some times -- thankfully, I did not face a problem the two times I visited recently.It was such a refreshing change from the experience at all the mega malls. The staff were all incredibly professional, respectful, and genuine -- this is exceedingly rare in all retail these days. The selection of products was quite varied and, with the help of the friendly staff, I found exactly what I needed and a few things I did not even expect to find there. Highly recommended.

يوجد ميزة في تتبع مشكلة العميل وسرعة حلها وإيجاد حلول سريعة وايصالك بمكالمات مع فنيين خبرة في التعامل ويشكرون على هذا / أسعار منتجاتهم غالية جدا مقارنة بالشركات الأخرى ولكن جودة المنتج عالية جدا وجودة الخدمة أروع / أفرعهم قليلة جدا و غير منتشرين بشكل جيد

كانت منذ ٦ اشهر وطلبت ساعه ذكيه بالحجز المسبق من داخل الفرع دون دفع وكان الدفع عند الاستلام والتوصيل مجاني وكانت هناك سرعه في التوصيل مع الهدايا المقدمه من شركة الساعه ومن الفرع نفسه ايضا وكان تعامل راقي للامانه

كل شي ممتاز سعر وكفاله وجوده المنتج من بطاريه شحن منتقل واسلاك الشحن وكفرات الهاتف وحمايه شاشه الهاتف ممتاز وتتدوم فتره طويله ولم يتعطل شي منه وسرعه التبديل موجوده طول مده الكفاله ونادر جدا يخرب الباور بنك الشحن حصل معاي مره وحده الشاحن تعطل وتم استبداله. بجديد نفس المنتج ويتم معاي سنوات الحمد الله ودايما في عروض عندهم شكرا انكر ❤️

Despite a good first impression at Assima, staff told me my laptop could be fixed. They even confirmed this with a call to their service center. Arrived at my appointment in Avenues a few days later and, after waiting around 30 minutes, was told my laptop was too old to fix.
