I got injured the first week of my trial one-month membership due to the coach pushing me to lift more weights, and me accommodating unfortunately. While they were very understanding, I lost out on one week of my membership and they would not allow me to skip it even with a medical report. They do have that policy for longer memberships, but I think if someone has a medical complaint they should be more understanding. But the reason I like this gym is its very convenient in terms of location and session length. I find it confusing that that they have two apps to use, and membership renewals are a bit of a mess as I paid but still got reminder emails to renew.
