It is a shame that the Sahara Club is so poorly managed because its such a uniquely beautiful property. If the location wasn't so convenient to me I would not be a member of this club. The trainers at the gym are sub par and the packages are limiting and restricting. The reception is clueless to most services offered. The spa staff is unprofessional and sparse. The salon has one emplyee..sometimes? The food quality at the restaurant has gone down too. A place as expensive and beautifully appointed should really live up to its looks.
