talking about the Farwaniya Branch, Sales team very rude only caring about the payments, talked the management many times regarding bringing new staff new coaches but they don't want to, The spa is amazing but The gym needs new equipment and improvement

The membership is super affordable, the location is really convenient so even the drive + going up to the studio is a pleasant and soothing experience compared to most gyms or studios that aren't in great locations or have zero parking. The staff there is really kind and has developed such a beautiful community. They have a truly authentic approach to building a community of yogis that's very admirable. Definitely recommend.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. Reception area, restaurant and bar decor very attractive. Good variety of lovely food, staff on hand to advise. Rooms very clean.

I used to like going here for the small but good food selection. They've recently increased the quantity but quality has suffered. With current prices, it's no longer a good choice for me.

the shisha flavor wasn't a premium quality I didn't enjoy it compared to other lounges and cafes else where, the serving potion are always petite there could be some room to improve.

The location is really bad, there is no parking, the space is very tight. The machines are crammed near each other. Not much space to freely/comfortably workout. Really bad customer service. Wouldn't recommend for anyone

Honestly, the best gym in Kuwait lacking any pretentiousness both from the highly trained (and friendly) staff to the members.
I'm an overweight middleaged guy who needed to get back into shape and was paranoid about the experience I'd have once I joined...Six weeks in, and it has been nothing short of fantastic!!
