زيارتي للمشفى كانت ثلاث مرات زيارتي مرتين فرع الزهراء الشارقة قسم العيادات ، حجزت و قابلت طبيب أذن و أنف و حنجرة Dave حيث اتيت بوالدي لاستشارة عن شق الحنجرة ، اولا رفض المشفى قبول تأمين و دفعت مبلغ الاستشارة كاملا و سعره كان مرتفع جدا جدا ، قابلت الطبيب Dave حيث انه لم يفحص او يكشف او حتى سأل والدي المريض نهائيا و قال عن حالته انه لا حل لها نهائيا و هو يتهكم و يتباهى و يتفاخر بنفسه و انه يعرف كل شي ، أسلوبه كان غير محترف و غير لائق مع المريض و مع أهل المريض ، غير مهني ابدا حيث انه لم يفحص او يفحص او يفعل اي شي نهائيا مع المريض و تشخيصات خاطئة ، المره الثانيه زرت الطبيب الثاني Ricardo في العيادة نفسها و تكرر نفس الشيء حيث انه لم يفحص المريض ولم يسأله سؤال واحد طوال الجلسه و الاستشارة دفعت مبلغ استشارة من دون ان نستفيد او حتى نأخذ معلومات. المره الثالثه زرت فيها المشفى كانت في الطواريء حيث ان المشفى رفض التأمين و عندما كشف الطبيب عن المريض قال ان حاله المريض تستدعي دخوله الى العنايه المركزة و سيكون الدفع المستحقات المبالغ الاجماليه على المريض حيث ان اليوم الواحد يكلف ٧٠٠٠ درهم اماراتي و حاله المريض لا تستدعي دخوله الى العنايه المركزة نهائيا ، ذهبت فورا انا و المريض الى مستشفى اخر و تمت معالجه المريض بدون دخوله العنايه المركزة.أطباء غير مهنيين و غير محترفين و غير انسانيين نهائيا لا يهمهم المريض و لا توجد عناااااايه به كل ما يهم المشفى دفع المال و مبالغ طائلة مشفى هدفه تجااااااري بحت و لا يعرف شيء عن الرعايه الصحيه و لا حقوق المريض و لا اهل المريض . لا انصح به نهائيا

Insurance approvals takes too long even though in some cases the approval is already there fast from insurance side, the hospital will take too long to insert it in there system. so u have to go to the hospitals' insurance department to complete the approval process. also reports are not directly sent to the registered emails.

مستشفى الزهراء الشارقه مستشفى نظيف عملت به جراحه غرف نظيفه واهتمام من الممرضات والاكل نظيف من مطعم والمأخذ الوحيد عليه انهم فاتحين الزيارة كل وقت ولاخر ساعه بعد العاشرة بالليل واطفال تلعب في الطرقات و اصوات عاليه سواء الزوار او الترولي اللي يجر في الطرقات
