My new Visa card arrived days before I traveled. Upon arriving at my destination, car rental asked for my PIN. I opened the app to check the PIN but confirmation SMS never arrived. Called telebanking and NBK agent insisted I had changed my SIM tho I was still on my Kuwait SIM. He couldn't help me. I had to scramble to tranfer funds to my other credit card to pay. It would be helpful if agent didn't treat me like I was clueless and offered helpful advice instead.

Staff in the branches are very good but the ones in the call center are not. they give wrong information most of the time. they moved the branch in Salimya next to Lulu hypermarket. it was very convenient for me
