Once you complete a valid survey and confirm your registration, you are automatically entered into a draw for:

There will be one draw every 3 months. The more brands you rate, the more entries you will have in the draw* and the greater your power in improving service standards.

* Service Hero employs procedures to ensure the ratings we receive are relevant and credible. Ratings which don’t meet these standards will not be entered into the draws.

Service Hero will contribute 50 fils to purchasing food baskets with Refood. Purchased baskets will be distributed to families in need.

How to earn badges

Service Hero’s goal is to collect genuine feedback that drives positive change by brands. To do this, we encourage consumers to leave detailed assessments and share them on social media. Through badges, users are able to see their progress. Furthermore, to ensure genuine assessments, we have rigorous validation processes and only count valid surveys towards the badges.

Active comments and assessments

This set of badges is given to consumers who care about service standards by actively assessing companies and leaving useful comments. The Expert badge has 3 levels:

  • Level 1
    Left at least two 50+ character comments in two different categories in 1 year.
  • Level 2
    Left at least four 100+ character comments in four different categories in 1 year.
  • Level 3
    Left at least six 150+ character comments in six different categories in 1 year.
Ambassador

Likes to share other comments

This set of badges is awarded to consumers who are ambassadors of service excellence. Ambassadors actively share comments and ratings with others to raise awareness on how well companies perform. The Ambassador badge has 3 levels:

  • Level 1
    Shared 3 surveys and 3 comments on social media in 1 year.
  • Level 2
    Shared 6 votes and eight comments on social media in 1 year.
  • Level 3
    Shared 10 votes and 15 comments on social media in 1 year.
Influencer
Influencer

Respected by others, gets agrees, shares and views

This set of badges is earned by people whose opinion is highly respected by others. An Influencer's comments are viewed, shared and responded to by many. These comments help raise awareness on the service of brands. The Influencer badge has 3 levels:

  • Level 1
    User’s comment was shared 2 times, agreed or disagreed with 2 times, and viewed over 5,000 times in 1 year.
  • Level 2
    User’s comment was shared 6 times, agreed or disagreed with 10 times, and viewed over 10,000 times in 1 year.
  • Level 3
    User’s comment was shared 10 times, agreed or disagreed with 18 times, and viewed over 20,000 times in 1 year.
