they open online accounts and then we have to go to the branch so it's many times to visit to complete opening accounts they have to improve online platform - staff are excellent but not all branches, shuwaikh Industries branch they need to take care more for customers and some care and attention more - phone service have to improve and speak good English I suffered to understand me
