Their app is pretty but that’s the only good thing about it. It is slow, confusing and extremely complicated to accomplish the simplest tasks. It took almost a week for my WAMD payment to transfer which is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. After the transaction they asked for a quick review/rating of my experience where they only give you 80 characters to write a comment which is nothing- and when I tried to submit - it did not work! This is not a bank I trust to truly care for customers - very disappointing.
