I’ve been using Gulf Bank and overall the experience is okay, but there’s one recurring issue that’s quite frustrating: the credit card service charge deductions. Each time I check my statement, there’s a service charge deducted, but I never know exactly how much it will be or what it’s for. The lack of transparency around these charges makes it hard to track my expenses and feels confusing as a customer.

اول مبلغ لي جمعته و كنت صغيره و حطيته عندهم بحساب توفير و سافرت ٣ سنين مرافق و رجعت و بعد فتره بسيطه رحت سالت عن الحساب كنت بطلع له بطاقه علشان اجمع فيه بعد اكثر انصدم انه ما فيه ولا فلس حسابي و إلا طالع قانون و أنا كنت برا الكويت انه الحساب اللي فيه اقل من ٢٠٠ ينسحب منه عن كل شهر المهم انه مبلغي البسيط تبخر و لمن كلمت الادارة عندهم قالوا ما يقدرون يسوون شي فصج زعلت و صكرت حسابي
