تعامل غير احترافي / دخول الى طوارىء الاطفال اخبروني ان الدكتور استشتاري وغير منطقي ان يكون في المناوبة استشاري لرفع السعر / المستشفى يستغل الموقف في المرض لكسب اجور زايدة من خلال تحاليل واشعات و طلبات ليس لها داعي ابدا غير احترافيين في التعامل وازدحام وتأخير كبير

When I had an operation here 2 months ago, I thought this hospital deserves more than 1-star. But I've come to understand why. In my case, orthopedics needed to coordinate with internal medicine and physio. However it's now fairly clear there was no clear dicussions between them. I discovered (by chance, via my regular doc at a different hospital) that I was given meds by one team at Taiba which dangerously combine with meds from another team at Taiba--even when all my meds are clearly written in my file. This is on top of physio giving me contradictory advice from otho and the internal medicine team not bothering to look at the status of my operated limb, prefering to just stare at the computer and read test results. They might have great doctors individually here and there but they sure have very poor coordination.

What concerns me about Taiba also happens in other places in Kuwait. You might have good doctors, even great ones, but there is little communication between departments or even within the same dept. Ex: orthopedics didn’t communicate with physiotherapy so I was given conflicting, possibly dangerous, advice. They didn’t seem to talk to hematology either, and I had to ask for a doppler after being strongly advised to do it via a relative in medicine. The ward I stayed in gave the opposite advice from urology. My stay wasn’t treated as different medical concerns related to one person.
