Truly exceptional experience. I had the privilege of receiving care at Royale Hyatt Hospital recently, and I can’t speak highly enough of the wonderful staff and the overall experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth, kindness, and professionalism. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming, Special mention to Louyeth Susan and the entire team who went above and beyond, and we incredibly grateful for helping us with all the necessary paperwork and making sure we felt comfortable throughout the process I would wholeheartedly recommend Royale Hyatt Hospital to anyone in need of medical care..

Terrible chat bot experience and promises from the chat box and the Call Center to call back don’t happen. However, the actual doctor and nurse experience is very positive. I’m still waiting for my results and it’s been 48 hours so I’m not sure why they haven’t sent them via WhatsApp, which is their normal way.

My wife and I had our very first child here and it was amazing. The care we recieved was second to none. Dr. Nada was amazing delivering our baby and so was the whole birthing team. My only complaint was the hospitals security policy. Only 1 person was allowed in the birthing room at a time, however during the birth 2 are allowed. My family that flew from America was not able to visit with my wife for most of her hospital stay because of this policy, and they had to take turns being in the room for the birth. There was plenty of room for a whole family but did not allow my family back in the room. However, the after birth suit was amazing, it did vaguely smell like urine, but overall the room was great. The food is also some of the best in Kuwait. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
