I ordered from the app with more than 350 KD and the order came very late and the items were damaged and missing items in the amount of 90 KD and they don't want to give me my money back after I paid using my card... worst experience ever (DONT EVEN TRY TO SHOP FROM THEIR WEBSITE OR APP)

They canceled our orders and not returning our money back. Keep on contacting customers service but not able to resolve the issue. Its been 2x I ordered and they canceled but until now 1 and half months they are not returning my money back.
