Absolutely worst customer experience when using the online shop. Purchased items on December 22nd, 2025. Were supposed to be delivered on 24th, but they never arrived. It is now the 5th of February, 2026, and i am still contacting them and following up regarding these items and a refund. Countless tickets opened, many talks with management, etc. Still haven't got my money back. Will never purchase anything from Splash, or its related brands again (Centrepoint, Landmark, etc) I will also recommend everyone I know to steer away so they don't suffer like i did.
