My experience at Massimo Dutti was disappointingly poor in terms of customer service. Staff engagement was minimal, often ignoring new customers and prioritizing personal conversations over customer assistance. The store was clean and the staff were neatly dressed, which added a professional appearance but did not compensate for the lack of active customer support. Interactions felt unwelcoming and somewhat arrogant, with genuine service only provided when absolutely necessary. Despite the store's orderly presentation, the overall lack of attention and customer care left a negative impression, making me reluctant to return or recommend this location.

الأسعار مبالغ فيها جداً مقارنة بأسعارها خارج الكويت وفي الدول التي بها ضريبه الأسعار أرخص بكثييير والكويت ليس بها ضرائب !!!
