staff are knowledgeable and competent enough to answer queries of the customers (al kout branch) especially on how to install and handle car seats and strollers.

Their staff and customer service is the best in kuwait! Top most! They serve each customer as valuable and are always prompt and ready to help with a pleasing smile. Everyone in retail should take lessons from them. I only wish they had more locations in kuwait. And they should properly manage their website for kuwait. Delivery charges are too high and COD option is disappointing.

When u buy stroller they promis of good after sale and services and availablity of spare parts but in fact they dont have spare part the keep promising u that it will be available withing 3-4 months but u dont get it. As they clame what is left over from production they will send which is not acceptable. When u make a request the mfr should provide. The store manager is very rude and declined that they provide such services and keep arguing its customer responsiblities to do the maintinance by him self not the store which contradict their promises before selling. Also you cant contact the mother company their web site keeps redirecting u to UAE. I dont want to complain to an agent that provide bad service I want the mother company to deal with them, solves my problem and provides me with what I need
