Went in to get beverages for a rather large group/gathering and the stuff was very friendly and knowledgeable with recommending I get the large thermoses (as it is more value for money and serves a larger group). Only issue is longer wait times but they were clear that it would take more time so I appreciated the honesty and transparency.
