This used to be our go to store for all our electronic items but will not any more. The floor staff rather chat amongst themselves rather than engage with customers. Staff product knowledge is limited and staff tend to push the higher priced items rather than choice of the customer. Customer service down to ground level and keeps sinking. Management should walk around and supervise the floor staff

My last interaction with them was years back. I had a very bad experience with their customer service which I always experience. Also, I don’t feel that exciting or wow vibe now whenever I enter to their shop unlike 4 years back. It’s quite boring now.
