my main problem with this app is there is no customer service number / chat and the only option is ( request a refund ) which is not always the case. however when you get to actually talk to the staff if the case or delayed orders they are good and very polite>

Great that I have recently get some vouchers. Saved a lot of money. Ordered wisely. Downside is that we always waited longer than expected for my order.

I detest the bait and switch tactic Talabat uses. It states 15-20 minutes for delivery and once you order it becomes 35-50 minutes. This happens EVERY time. If it starts by saying 30-40 minutes, once you order it becomes 60+ minutes. This is an annoying and dishonest trick. The delivery cost is expensive. Drivers call instead of just ringing the doorbell. They often call because they have no idea where they are. Customer service is just ok—could be much better. Everything takes WAY too long. I’m hoping the new Chinese company that’s coming to Kuwait will whip the local delivery services, including Talabat, into shape. They need it.
