اسوء شركة في حل المشاكل حيث اني تقدمت 4 مرات بشكوى ولم تُحل إلى ان اضطررت لتحويل الخط لشركة أخرى.
No company is good or bad by its name, it is all because of its employees and staff. i will share my personal experience and hope it will help the customers to be cautious and not get looted and tricked by them, i doubt they will improve they are robbing like criminals do.. anyway this is my feedback and i am free to express my experience if some want want to take my advice then cautious, Summary of events (try to cut short):-I had year contract with them home internet, line is on my baba name. Internet service is not exceptional although 5g sometime not working some time we need to shift to our Mobile Internet. but they are very efficient in cutting the line and stop internet if the bill is not paid till 25th of the month. Anyway end of the contract we called many other ISP to explore the options and while talking to the STC person on txt chat, he said you have to pay extra 80 kd if you close the line. i said why, he said because yo are closing before the contract end.. (i am here explaining the professionalism of the staff). I asked who is closing before the contract end. but want to make new contract after this contract end. so i can get new device.. and you cannot see only 3-5 days remaining in my current contract is going to end they why i wold close and pay 80 kd , an how come you said just a thing.. then chat end with a bitter experience as very poor customer support not even have sense that charging customer 80 kd because he was talking 3 days earlier is contract end. that we will make a new contract. After that my wife called and asked we don't want to continue your contract close the internet.. etc. we don;t exactly remember what else we said... as it was happened in August 2023.(be careful of your words while dealing with STC). they take if the device and using other ISP internet. after 3 months or more we got a msg you have to pay your pending bill amount. i got surprise , my wife checked on mobile app which is always use to pay the bill and check internet status, showing line is terminated.. so no issue then we ignored.. again after a month another msg came (note: msg came on whatsapp with some some random no. not STC). earlier we thought it is scam attempt them second msg. seems littler genuine although came on whats app, then i checked on website the are where payment options are their and found in terminated section payment amount was showing.. but on mobile app still no info was there.. only website is showing that. we called them chat them open a complain ticket and tried to explain, our intention is to close the line you can check no usage is their agains that line. and we asked them close the internet we don't want to renew etc. something like that we said we don't exactly remember 5-6 months passed as of now in 6th Jan 2024. but they said you said you don't want to renew the contract but you did not say you want to cancel the line.. that is why line is active and you have to pay the bill other wise legal action will be taken...(i have those whats app messages). i said we want to close it we said we don't want to continue what does that mean we want to stop using STC.. they said no you did not said "CANCEL". so they are saying we did not use the magic word "Open sesame" so door will not open.. we tried, request, asked to give us favor as this is unjust and unfair... but they did not listen said it is policy... and same old repeated sentences and trying to show courteous at the same time. that do you need anything else from us.. nonsense.So in short beware of the STC company because of its poor non professional , not customer support oriented staff.. you can lose a big amount of money without any service getting from them...
Internet coverage is very weak in Farwaniya Block 6
they don't have an application. they are using the old techniques
I have an annual subscription for several years now. This year, they called to renew but I missed the call, so they disconnected the service. No messages, no notifications, just switched off the internet. Very unreliable and unprofessional behavior.
تم انقطاع الانترنت فجاة وبلغت الموظف اخذ الوقت اكثر من ساعه وبالنهاية اضطرت الي الذهاب الي مقر الشركة لعمل تعديل الرواتر خدمة سيئة جدا
Slow internet speed. Slow response to problems. Expensive. Annoying service.
Their internet connection is not reliable. Several times, I have to use my mobile data in emergency situation. Reported the same issue to them also, once ticket created it was resolved and speed got better then after a week or 2 again same issue came up.Also face sometime, its stop responding and most of the time their speed goes down below the standard of Dial up modem internet we were using in Nintees / 90s.

السعر المدفوع ممتاز بالنسبة لعدد الاشخاص داخل المنزل
رائعة جدا بكل شيء من حيث قوة الانترنت وتنبيه العميل قبل انقطاع الخدمة اذا في مشكلة بالشركة نفسها .
تم التواصل مع الشركة على مدار ٥ سنوات بشأن سرعة الانترنت و كثرت الانقطاعات ولكن بلا جدوى تم تقديم عدد كبير من الحلول و الذي ترتب عليها تكاليف مالية و لكن دون جدوى يتم التواصل من قبل الشركة فقط قبل انتهاء الاشتراك للتجديد و عند مخاطبتهم بضروره ضبط الانترنت لتجديد الاشتراك لا يتم التواصل مرة اخرى و يكتفى بالرسائل النصية لطلب التجديد للاشتراك شركة لا تهتم بالعميل بتاتا و حلولها ليست ذات جودة
