I like the coupons and deals they have and they send delivery on time. Mostly i use thr groceries services and food

I always loved Zomato, but once it closed down I did not have an option but switch to Talabat. Now I am loving Talabat only problem is with the offers and delivery. They have selected brands that have offers and delivery charges are Aed 9 dh. If I order 15 dh I have to pay an additional 9dh which is not worth it. They should come up with some solutions.

Everything is ok except processing of order in the App. Not sure if order already accept/process. Option in payment you cannot choose properly if cash or card..

كان احسن حاليا بتطلب الشغلة خصوصا الخضراوات بتيجي نصها خربانه وفي سائقين بتأخرو بموعد التسليم وبيجي الاكل بارد

The staff ate ill mannered , as when you bring the concern or enquire about any service they will put you on hold and after that their solution is not upto the satisfaction level , Communication has always been an issue

Maybe add the option to contact support somewhere easily accessible on the app rather than embedded/hidden on the Profile/Account tab :)
