A MSG to management I had an issue were my civil ID got expired and during this time i was under a temporarily extension, I wanted to switch from e-sim to regular sim card, but a huge amount of misinformation was given to me by customer service staff, my support ticket was hanged for over 5 weeks without solving it or even following up with me, I don`t really know how management are expecting success when you have such performance. what an unfortunate experience.

الشبكة عندكم ضعيفة شوي و تغطية ضعيفة و بفصل كتير بالمكالمات و الابلكيشن سيء لو مهندس مبتدأ بيعمل احسن من دا ندمان سبت اوريدو و اجيتلكم لازم تشتغلوا على نفسكم و على الابلكيشن و على الشبكة و التغطية
