في بعض الأحيان الإنترنت ما يغطي المساحة كليها بسبب ضعف الراوتر ولا تستطيع الإعتماد على الراوتر بشكل كامل ولابد من إستخدام راوترات جانبيه متحركة ومساعدة لتغطية مساحة المنزل كاملا - للأسف لا يوجد لديهم تطبيق ويجب التعامل عن طريق الإتصال بخدمة العملاء

I have an annual subscription for several years now. This year, they called to renew but I missed the call, so they disconnected the service. No messages, no notifications, just switched off the internet. Very unreliable and unprofessional behavior.

تم انقطاع الانترنت فجاة وبلغت الموظف اخذ الوقت اكثر من ساعه وبالنهاية اضطرت الي الذهاب الي مقر الشركة لعمل تعديل الرواتر خدمة سيئة جدا

Gulfnet/B-Online is an ISP mainly in the business of providing corporate solutions. They say they cater for individuals but in reality we are very low in their priority list. I have a subscription for FIBER-50Mbps, which rarely meets the speed offered. Customer service is substandard. I tried getting my money back for my subscription, and the short answer was NO. I would not recommend them. If you have a 5G Mesh router then you should be better than spending lots of cash to install fiber, as I did.
