اسعارهم غالية وبطيئين بالخدمة والموظفين غير ملمين . التوصيل ياخذ وقت وهناك مشكلة بتوصيل الاثاث بسبب مشكلة الشحن من دبي. هذا يحصل ايضا مع بوتري بارن الاطفال
