I had bought Apple headphones back in November, i am writing this comment in August, there is supposedly a 1 year warranty.The case stopped charging, i took it to best and they sent me to Digits, digits took 3 days to tell me they cant fix them and won't replace them either because the airpods were of USA origin and the warranty from apple ended it june, whatever that means. they sent me back to Best, where i was told, in long words, go back to digits and was given a mobile number to call. The person on the other end of this mobile number took another two days just to reiterate that they could not in fact help me and that i should go to best. Then best does nothing other than promising that a complain has been registered every time i call and ask the increasingly annoying question "no one called you yet??" and i would answer each time, "no, sir, no one has called me." After 5-6 days something interesting and new happened, where they gave me an extention to reach the "service team" who are only available from 8-5 am which are basically the working hours of everyone in Kuwait so idk how you're supposed to go them anyway, this extension which i will not mention here, no one picked up the first day, next day, someone picked up, and upon listening to half a sentence said "we do not deal with apple products, you need to call someone else" and the phone was closed in my face before i could reply, as if i was not demanding my right but begging for a favor.after this i called back the normal service center to complain about this where for the millionth time i was assured that the campaign has been registered and i will get a call back. its been a total of 3 weeks so far. Part of me is convinced they are trained to do exactly this until all warranties run out so they can firmly tell me to go bye byeoh and i also left multiple messages via thier website and got no response.I am not about to go to consumer rights over headphones but sure as anything not going to return to best (which is a name that ought to be changed btw) for any of my future purchases.

The employee's treatment is not good they making rush for assisting the customer, so you cant choose what you want .. i hope it will not happen again. They treat you like not customer.. 😔
