I ordered several materials through the online app and received the delivery the very next day. However, some of the ordered items were missing. Later, I was informed that part of my order had been cancelled due to the items being out of stock. This situation is completely unacceptable. When I contacted customer care regarding the refund, there was no proper response. I received only one email stating that the refund had been processed. Despite multiple follow-ups requesting the refund transaction/reference number, I have not received any response so far. This reflects a highly irresponsible approach from the online support team. Based on this experience, I would not recommend purchasing through RedTag online.
