I had ordered a pair of shoes online and wanted to compare it to a smaller size in the store. The supervisor at the Ugg’s section was super knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. He came up with a good solution for me within minutes. The in-store return for my online order was also smooth. Overall, a positive in-store experience at Bloomie’s.

Had a lovely experience when shopping for evening dresses, the staff was very accomodating to my budget and taste. They were very friendly and honest when trying clothes - that helped instill a trust in them. One of the better experiences I have had luxury shopping in Kuwait as a young woman - as sometimes they do not take me seriously if I do not have someone older with me.

I had made an order, which was then confirmed by blooomies through email. I go to check the tracking number for my package and it gives me a message that it cant be found. I contact you help twice online via your website/app and no one got back to me. A week when by and I had to go out of my way to find a contact to help me with my issue only for her to tell me that the items are no longer available and that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for my refund. I was not compensated for the numerous shortcomings on Bloomies behalf - which made me consider legal action as they did not follow Kuwaits Consummer Rights Act. Never in my life did I experienced incomeptence like this with a well established Coorperation.

I was looking for something at Laura Mercier. The sales assistant from Kiehls came to help since the assistant at LM wasn't available. She couldn't find what I needed. I then needed a specific perfume from another counter, but that wasn't available either. The sales assistant from Kiehls was really sweet despite my disappointment at not finding the two products I was looking for. I went to another department. She came upstairs to find me because she found a substitute for the product I was looking for at LM. She went out of her way to make sure that I left Bloomingdale's happy. I really appreciated her effort and attitude. She turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one I truly appreciate. Well done Kiehls staff! Bloomgindale's should work on keeping their supplies up.

عمل توافق فى اسعار المنتجات المعروضة داخل المتجر وبين نفس المنتجات فى السوق حتى تزيد من كسب ثقة العملاء فى الشركة والمنتج . جذب العملاء عن طريق دعاية اكثر خاصة علي مواقع التواصل بصورة مكثفه واكثر جذبا
