the staff are very accommodating and helpful. the ambiance in the restaurant seems gloomy and sad. a bit of re-lighting might help increase the coziness of the diner.

Red Lobster abroad is one of my favorite places to dine at, however here, I went to the branch in Arabella and was shocked by the quality of the food and the lack of availability of lobster and the biscuits. One goes to Red Lobster to have lobster... it was my first and last time there!
