Their app is very intuitive and easy to use, I had to rebook my flights while travelling through europe and found the experience very smooth and helpful. It helped take a lot of the stress of travelling internationally off my back - especially with the fact that their call center staff is up to date on relevant information and what are the best solutions to your issues.
