This past weekend I visited PB Kids and was surprised to see a total mess. Products were strewn around the showroom in a disorganized manner, staff were not available to assist, and parts of the showroom were simply dirty. They may have been re-organizing, but as a customer I should not see that.

Showroom was a mess! None of the products available on US website were available in Kuwait's showroom. Nothing like Potterbarn US. So disappointing.
