The Jahez app is awful. It wouldn’t allow me to enter my correct address with apt number, so the driver had to call me to get accurate details (drop pin only). The app wouldn’t allow me to pay using knet—there was a glitch. The app wouldn’t allow me to cancel my order. The app overall looks sloppy. Does not match the look or functionality of the competition. Driver was polite. It wasn’t his fault the company didn’t provide him with the necessary details to complete his job. Also, no way to leave a driver tip on the app. Used once and deleted the app. Never again.
