I purchased Mashreq Millionaire certificates over 25 years. But on checking the status of my certificates I was informed by Mashreq Bank that my certificates, for some UNKNOWN reason were held by the bank for the past 15 years and were NEVER put in the draw. Bank has further confirmed that we have no loans, debts, credit card issues and no error from our side. Yet, despite constant follow up, Mashreq Bank has not released our Mashreq Millionaire certificates. Extremely concerning and, in my opinion, bank fraud

Applied for credit card via their App. Couldnt complete the application process due to technical error. 3-4 Mashreq staffs tried but they couldnt complete the process. They dont have manual application process. Closed my request without giving any justification.

Many times card charges happens which we didnt spent, No clarity on promotions happens, Annual Fee get charged

Went to the branch to get a manager cheque and was amazed by the efficiency of both the check in process and the counter staff. The entire process took under 15 minutes. Impressive. Wish the bank RM's were trained to provide the same service as well as professionalism

Bank is very active but should put notice that their presence in malls are only for ads. Branches are less and scattered so sometimes it is hard to access which does not help their customers. Also online platform does not help much you still need to go to the branches.

The RMs should do their job, in assisting the customers, rather than playing the game of Go online and do the job. If its online, why do you have branches, and they should maintain a consistency of information across all levels

Having a sweet tooth, Mashreq Bank offers the AED 1.00 promo in Baskin & Robins ice cream house every once in a while and this is very commendable. This shows their customer-centered approach in making their clients really satisfied especially for customers who really like ice-cream.
