Life Pharmacy attained to be a better pharmacy provider in the country, and with their persistence to bring in more trainees to the block, building up a well established brands for the newbies in the industry. Their product spread has improved although they have the monopoly on food supplements and vitamins, and drive their sales on the BOGO offers, and during their launch they offer FOC for all their customers. This seems to be a creative in their offering and strategies to entice larger consumer base
I usually buy product in life pharmacy online, but since there is no cash on delivery i asked my husband to check on physical store. My husband asked the lady if the promotion online is available in store purchase, she said i will check and give the mobile number. When he gave, she said no. Then my husband told her that he will buy the urgent meds and other we will buy online to get the promotion. The lady encode all the meds on the system and told my husband that she cant void it😏. I dont believe that, besides no one asked her to encode all the meds on the prescription. So disappointed. Btw she is the same lady that offering different meds even you asked for other meds lol, thats why i prefer online purchase.
Everytime i will order online even though you pay for the aed 3 for fast delivery, it never happens. The delivery still takes time. Cost of the products are reasonable and the staff on the counters are great. But delivery wise is always very late. Over the counter is much better than their app.
Everytime I need a niche grocery product I can be sure to find it at Carrefour on the app. The convenience of Carrefour now with its 60 minute delivery is amazing and it's location coverage is also very extensive. The convenience of being able to order all your grocery item from a single source and having it delivered within 60 minutes makes me go back on the app for all my routine grocery shopping.
When you are checking in website item available, but if you check in Apps item out of stock. Third party delivery guy sometime is rude and useless talking..

Namshi is very professional retailer for fashion clothes,and delivery services it's always pleasure to shop with them but after COVID-19 still it not functioning very well need to focus on quality of products it's now undergrad not like before
Careem Now has been slated to be a super app, with the food delivery there are limitations within the country, with very few restaurants available to service the customers, while in the past they have been victims of cyber threats, the data has been compromised, so the data isn't safe. Additionally, the value of money is not well placed where the spread of partners to assist.
Im staying away from careem as last year unauthorized purchase on my card at careem. Though careem very helpful tracing the transaction, still im using careem in cash bases now, no card at all. But there service was good
I always loved Zomato, but once it closed down I did not have an option but switch to Talabat. Now I am loving Talabat only problem is with the offers and delivery. They have selected brands that have offers and delivery charges are Aed 9 dh. If I order 15 dh I have to pay an additional 9dh which is not worth it. They should come up with some solutions.
Everything is ok except processing of order in the App. Not sure if order already accept/process. Option in payment you cannot choose properly if cash or card..
The staff ate ill mannered , as when you bring the concern or enquire about any service they will put you on hold and after that their solution is not upto the satisfaction level , Communication has always been an issue
I will never ever use this delivery app again, their customer service is horrendous. No resolution and will directly refer you to send e-mail to their support team. I was so confused on why they have chat support if these people cannot help you in any way. Even the email support doesn't do anything just asking for information then tell you that your feedback is important to them, that's it. All dead end answers. Avoid at all cost!

The brand being overpriced compared to other competitors in the market still justifies it by providing extra mile services to the customers , The staff drivers are well trained appearance , and Hygenie is well maintained and follows the protocols of basic food handling , and food safety procedures , I recommend this app and service to everyone
Almost most of the items I order from Amazon, I love it. They have many options which I can choose from. Till now I have not faced any issues with orders. But nowadays if we order any beauty items which have offers we need to choose to repeat delivery options and only on that there are offers. Which is not suitable for regular consumers. I dont want to buy the same product next time. They should come up with different offer ideas which are appealing to consumers.

The App has withdrawn functionality of accepting Mastercard, moreover has not offered the option of Cash on Delivery in case, someone needs. Additionally, have been a very discouraging loyalty program, where earned points reduce if not used, as if we plan to accumulate, its' not a viable option, felt disheartened on trusting a service, which has been burning our trust

Since they’ve merged with Talabat there is no way to get a hold of any customer service representative. They don’t respond to social media (why do they still have the pages active if they’re not responding?). They don’t have a contact number, or chat option. Their FAQs ask you to “check with the vendor”.
Eat easy is now smiles, and have now improved their game of assistance, and support.They need to work on compensating customers for the delays, but so far have commendable promotion campaign, which are very helpful and enticing to utilize them
