كان لدي حساب في البنك من فترة طويلة وبعد فترة لم اقم بايداع اي اموال به لمدة ٣ سنوات واكثر وتفاجئة حين تم تحويل مبلغ على حسابي في هذا البنك ان البنك خصم قيمة السنوات الماضية بقيمة ٢٥ درهم عن كل شهر بالرغم اني لم اقم باستخدام الحساب لفترة طويلة وهذا الامر ذايقني جدا فاقتطاع رسوم من غير وجه حق عن كل السنوات الماضية جريمة بحق اصحاب الحسابات الغير نشطه لا انصح به
On any given day it is difficult to reach a human via phone. Having a paid 600 phone number for clients to call/check on services or their own funds is ridiculous. Enbd need to have an 800 line. I'm a customer since 1996 and the customer services keeps sinking to lower levels

I requested before to increase the limit of my credit card and I sent email twice. I regularly used my credit card because I used it at work, and it happened twice that HSBC charged me for over limit the use of my CC. SO I called up customer service, i emailed twice and no one replied and responded. Anyway, i closed my cc and changed to another bank.
Bank is very active but should put notice that their presence in malls are only for ads. Branches are less and scattered so sometimes it is hard to access which does not help their customers. Also online platform does not help much you still need to go to the branches.
The RMs should do their job, in assisting the customers, rather than playing the game of Go online and do the job. If its online, why do you have branches, and they should maintain a consistency of information across all levels

Extremely disappointing!!! Calling their Cust Service up to sending email is the hardest part! Every agent has their own policy and rules to their customer. Requesting will take standard of 3-5 business days even a little request, they need to schedule it so maybe few agents they, hire if you are less in people to accommodate your customers.
Online apps are easy to use, customer service is helpful and polite, they will explain properly your questions and inquiries.
