It had very latest technology and good organized showroom with good show of latest model over all very good show rooms
This opinion on service center only (not Mercedes as a brand ) Parts are sold higher than the market by a considerable difference... service don’t acknowledge factory faults .. service center doesn’t consider the client experience using such brand at all .. they don’t mind you visiting them for the same issue over and over!
price and spare parts are more expensive than the market
Mazda service people are always helpful and are very quick in returning the car after servicing it. Their prices are economical. I have always used Mazda service center for my car since years now and never had any issues.
The staff are very accomodating. Also now, you can opt to deliver the car to your place after servicing for a minimal fee.

I was trying to reach any audi official showroom for 2 weeks. I always buy Audi accessories as gifts to my family member as he is a fan of Audi sportscars. I never could reach anyone or locate a showoom on the maps.
I signed up for a for contract with these guys and everything was going fine. I didn't mind the service but I didn't love it too. Nothing really special. Nothing you would expect from doing you car service at the dealer. But then lately the service has been the worst. They are always making mistakes like forgetting to reset the oil meter, not washing the car, not informing about major issues in the car, and basically doing a terrible job in total. This happens every time I visit. Literally every time I visit, there is a problem. The last time (2 weeks ago) made me realize that I won't continue servicing my car there anymore.
It's the best brand of car for us.
QUITE EXPENSIVE WHAT I FEEL...ONLY THIS AS I DRIVE MY CAR APPX 10000 KM IN 2 MONTHS SO I HAVE TO SPEND HUGE AMOUNT IN SERVICE EVERY MONTH.
We live in a multicultural community and if you fail to finish the car servicing on Saturday, you probably have made a family miss out on church. A solution should be provided for such an inconvenience.
There is too long waiting time
i had visited their abu dhabi branch yesterday evening with my brother and when we entered the branch no one welcomed us and after that no one asked us how to help us when on the other side the other sister brand company next to them was totally the opposite experience...very bad I don't recommend any one to buy from kia as the service for expected customer is bad then after sales is the worst as your value as customer will show at the beginning of the relationship.
The items are overpriced, service book-in dates are not convenient (wait time is too long), unnecessary repairs are proposed eg when the item can be replaced after 6 months the same is proposed to be done asap. Call backs are rare and "incharge staff" are never available for a phone consultation. Customer service needs to be improved
I bought Nissan fir two years they didnot fix my cameras and the screen was very bad . Every time they said the guy who fixesis not there. Then I made accident and my car was cancelled and I was paying in advance for the service which I didnot make . They refused to give me my money back till now it has been one year and the refused to give me my money back . So they took money from me for something the did not perform any car service for

The past three years my jaguar has broken down numerous number of times with the service center not being able to solve the problem completely. The problems are recurring and I'm always overcharged for the parts. Would not recommend buying this car with the service center being poor in quality.
I am extremely disappointed with the service received from the car showroom during servicing. Not reliable car at all some or the other problem at all times.

They have to improve transportation round trip for the costumers who come for service of the car plus the value of money is higher for just a simple service.
why they charge for labor the company should pay labors not me as customer and the location is far in musafah it should be more close to the city or just outside of musafah.
