I really dont understand why they took down their user website and the ability to book through it. Now you have to book everything through an app which one is not well designed or consistent and two their reliance and switch to technology has made it such a jarring experience, especially when you have to book your food through the app to circumvent the extremly long lines for snacks. If you are going to make this transition do it well, otherwise bring back the convenience of the website!

مشكلة الكافيتيرية أن أصنافها محدودة ومكررة ولا يوجد أي تنوع جديد وبعض الأصناف التي يجب تسخينها لا يتوفر أجهزة لتسخينها وتقدم باردة مثل ساندويش الدجاج / التطبيق الجديد سيء جدا في طريقة العرض ومعقد وغير واضح والقديم أفضل

يصير lag وقت الدفع. يجب ربط الموقع والتطبيق مع subscription و عمل نظام loyalty. توظيف الاعلانات واختيارها لتحسين الاستمتاع بمشاهدة الفيلم وعدم وضع الاعلانات فقط لزيادة العدد والدخل

الدخول الى السينما للمقعدين مجانا. سينيسكيب - فرع سوق شرق هي الوحيدة التي يتم الدخول الى الصالة من اعلى الصالة فاقعد فوق وهذا ممتاز.
