Its value for money, but promises never get fulfilled, whether on promotion or speed- 100 mpbs speed when they launch - not even coming 10 mpbs and keep billing and then asked to reverse customer service agreed but never happened.

As a Du subscriber, I am very pleased with the service I am receiving. My data package is more than enough, speed of the plan is good, international minutes to call my family overseas are sufficient... over all Du postpaid experience is GREAT. Did I mention the postpaid plan cost...very much affordable... less than the price of your favorite ice cream cake.
