There were quite several times that the order is incomplete when it arrives. Quality is being compromised as well in most cases during delivery. But overall, foods are tasty.

It is always a wonderful experience when I go to Jollibee not only for delicious foods they serve but it reminds me of my home country as this brand is a local staple of us Filipinos since it was established.

We always order breakfast but upon delivery, it's always incomplete. I don't need a refund. I think they need to step up to other brands' delivery services. They don't mind giving tissue, kechup or plastic utensils, nothing. If u write comments on ur order, they don't bother reading it.

Jollibee being an Filipino based QSR, it has always been considerate about its brand and recognition among all types of consumers, competiting on value meals and budget friendly options, they don't compromise on taste and quality, which is a better metric to be ahead in Game, with just 20 outlets in the UAE, their recognition is commendable compared to other similar stores or brands present in the UAE

I had ordered on Sunday from Sahara Centre...it was very crowded because of weekend....I understand that...I waited in line for so long to order and then get food. that's not the issue...when we received chicken and it was not cooked properly it was raw inside...that is not acceptable at any cost.
