Trying to book an appointment with their WhatsApp service is unreliable and a bit of a nightmare. My queue position was first - and I waited 20 minutes to even try to talk to a human service rep and then it all of a sudden restarted the process. Very frustrating, this is supposed to make the process of booking easier and it obviously doesn’t 👎
