The new app is so user unfriendly. It's requires a new password login without allowing users to use social media credentials to easily login. Also, to purchase snacks in the cinema, we are forced to use the application, which makes it a very long process. I understand the need for technological advancement, but I don't understand why the customer has to do all the work.
