I'm in my mid 50s and never thought I'd buy from here. But I needed a sweater and my daughter ducked in. Ended up with a sweater and jacket, both fit good and felt high quality. Not cheap but hopefully quality worth it. Salesman was friendly and helpful.

I really love the quality of the River Island brand. I have a lot of stuff from this brand and its very durable. The last time I went to the branch in Avenues for kids. No staff assisted us and there is one available but he is busy on the phone. We are looking for a gift and when we already chose the item and ask the staff if there is any available sizes as we are planning to buy 2pcs. he immediately reply no size and we felt that he was in a hurry to finished with us and returned back the item on display which we are going to pay already that why we gave him. We informed him that we are going to get that item, why did you return? We went to cashier to pay and when we told him its for a gift, maybe he can wrap on a tissue and put on the paper bag nicely but he told us that they don't have only mothercare have that kind of wrapping. The item was expensive and not on sale and he put the item on the sale plastic bag. I really feel disappointed that i'm buying an expensive stuff as a gift and they will just put on the plastic. Overall his attitude and customer service failed for us and we never expect it from the brand that I loved.

The service on the ground floor was terrible. No one to help, and the changing room was a mess with dresses, and one of the servers knocked and opened my door to take out clothes from a previous client in the changing room, while I was undressed however, the first floor service was much better, I was told I would be called for a dress alteration, but I never did get a call

Good quality oxford shirts. While the prices are actually expensive, they keep putting 50 to 70% sales all year round, which lowers the value of the brand I think, better to have reasonable prices all year round, and sales during the peak season.

While overall i have no problem, i did have a huge problem with the manageress giving a pep talk to her staff at full volume behind the till. It was crass and she was most impleasant and actually put me off me shopping. This is not the first time this has happened in Al-Shaya store. It was a shame

Good selection of clothing to combat Kuwait's heat. The clothes are ridiculously over-priced compared to online retailers, but their sales do help. More focus should be directed towards fast drying clothing,and perhaps an introduction of more like-minded brands.

I had made an order, which was then confirmed by blooomies through email. I go to check the tracking number for my package and it gives me a message that it cant be found. I contact you help twice online via your website/app and no one got back to me. A week when by and I had to go out of my way to find a contact to help me with my issue only for her to tell me that the items are no longer available and that I would have to wait 2-3 weeks for my refund. I was not compensated for the numerous shortcomings on Bloomies behalf - which made me consider legal action as they did not follow Kuwaits Consummer Rights Act. Never in my life did I experienced incomeptence like this with a well established Coorperation.

I was looking for something at Laura Mercier. The sales assistant from Kiehls came to help since the assistant at LM wasn't available. She couldn't find what I needed. I then needed a specific perfume from another counter, but that wasn't available either. The sales assistant from Kiehls was really sweet despite my disappointment at not finding the two products I was looking for. I went to another department. She came upstairs to find me because she found a substitute for the product I was looking for at LM. She went out of her way to make sure that I left Bloomingdale's happy. I really appreciated her effort and attitude. She turned what could have been a disappointing experience into one I truly appreciate. Well done Kiehls staff! Bloomgindale's should work on keeping their supplies up.

Staff needs to be more aware and competent when it comes to the return policy and promotions/discount policies. Staff who do not have the proper information should have access to a manger who does. We were refused access to a manager because he was on break and staff were not able to answer return policy information without him!! We were made to wait 20 minutes without an answer and then were told to leave our number and he will call later.

Baroue is meant to be a place for kids to shop and play - it is NOT a nightclub!!! I cannot bring my son into this shop, as there is always (often inappropriate) club music pounding out of the speakers. Not to mention that in the Salmiya store, you have kids music coming out of one set of speakers and dance music from another - the space is not big enough to warrant this, and so you end up hearing both at the same time! We came to a birthday party once at the avenues branch, and the LOUD music and YELLING into mics was so bad, that even the people who were having the party were upset - they asked for the volume to be lowered multiple times, to no avail. Our ears were ringing when we left (early). If adults are bothered, imagine the kids, who will easily become overstimulated, and whose ears cannot withstand the same levels of noise! Also, the quality of several of your toys is very questionable. Perhaps you need to buy from more reputable sources. Will not be coming back until the noise issue is addressed.

Their staff and customer service is the best in kuwait! Top most! They serve each customer as valuable and are always prompt and ready to help with a pleasing smile. Everyone in retail should take lessons from them. I only wish they had more locations in kuwait. And they should properly manage their website for kuwait. Delivery charges are too high and COD option is disappointing.
