عندما يعطونني موعد للصيانة بسبب طلب قطع غيار من الخارج تظل أكثر من 6 شهور ثم عندما اتواصل معهم يقولون لي انها مازالت غير متوفرة او يتناسون للطلب .

They sold me a car with 2 years old wheels, and when I tried to fix it with them, they did not accept.I also fixed a puncher at the service centre, but the quality was bad and overpriced, hence, this made me fix the puncher outside.The car didn't have roadside assist even when it was mentioned that it had. I needed to complain and follow up to get it back because the car was registered under fleet.The service clerk was rude and not professional.
