We devise a number of programs from evaluating career paths and reviewing job descriptions to conducting basic training on service excellence. Our ABC of Service Excellence course is designed to introduce new staff to the basics of customer care and to refresh the knowledge of more experienced staff. It is done in an engaging and interactive way where lecturing is given less emphasis than participation in scenarios and exercises which reflect real-life experiences.

Topics range from why service is important, what is the definition of quality service, understanding the different types of customers, the importance of body language, communication skills, teamwork and problem handling.
