I bought products today from their shop, when I arrived home and was taking the products out of my car, all bags were torn apart and the products fell out of the bag and all the stuff got broken down coffee of well known brand that costed 3.5 kd and more other stuff that worth around 8 kds got broken because of their bad quality bags that cost maybe less than a fils. Who takes the responsibility and who is going to compensate for the loss. I called the customer service, other than waiting more than 30 minutes for them to answer, they tell me we will file a case so we can improve the quality of our bags and on top on that I knew that the bags were of bad quality in the shop 😏
